"Statement relating to NHTC's business in China and compliance with Chinese laws between March 6, 2015 and March 15, 2016.

Specifically, the complaint alleges that defendants made inaccurate and / or misleading statements and / or failed to disclose:

(1) The operation of the Chinese unit of natural health trends is not in compliance with applicable Chinese laws; And

(2) As a result, the defendants' statements about the business, operations and prospects of natural health trends were false and misleading and / or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times. "

A little later in July of 2017, NHT Global decided that it would settle the $ 1.75 million lawsuit.
